We started designing military certificates in 2000. Our company CJM Certificates was started by a Merchant Marine veteran Cory J. Matthews. He wasn't satisfied with the military certificate he received and wanted a military certificate that he could proudly display on the wall in a plaque. Kathleen Redman, CJM Certificates CEO, was the graphic artist he hired to create all these certificate designs. Merchant Marine Vet Cory J.
