Downloading Instructions: You will be given a link to download these files right after you purchase. You will also be given the file downloads link in your email from Etsy after purchase. (Check the email you used to order on Etsy.)
Once downloaded, click on the file folder on your computer, open the downloads folder, and open the certificate file to print.
Printer Settings: Make sure your printer settings are set to print at actual size or 100% or fit to page
Paper Preferences: I recommend using cardstock paper which you can purchase from a variety of sources (Amazon, Staples, Office Max /Office Depot, or other craft stores). I prefer to use bright white or beige 80lb-120lb cardstock paper for these certificates.
